Florida A&M blanked 13-0 by Grambling; Two Teams to Play Again on Saturday in Elimination Game

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --The Florida A&M Rattlers were not able to notch a run against Grambling pitcher junior Taylor Dooley on Friday despite collecting five hits and were shut out 13-0 by the Tigers.

Freshman Jay Campbell (4-2) got the ball to start for Florida A&M (32-24) and took the loss.

At the plate, the Rattlers were paced by junior Justen Crews, who went 1-for-3 on the day with a double.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Florida A&M managed one chance with runners on third in the shutout, going a total of 0-for-4 with runners in scoring position. The Rattlers last got a runner on third in the seventh, when junior Ben Kim made it 90 feet away from scoring with nobody out.
