FAMU alums donate more than $100k |SBI Big Board |
#FAMUNews 📰 The Florida A&M University (FAMU) School of Business and Industry (SBI) added the names of three alumni to its prestigious Big Board in a ceremony during the 2024 Homecoming week celebrations last week. The new Big Board inductees are Executive Vice President, Communications for FOX Sports Terri Hines, attorney Hilliard “Hill” Moore, and Fearless Fund co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Arian Simone.

Jones, associate vice president, facilities, planning, construction, and safety, and William Hudson, Jr., Ph.D., vice president of student affairs, discuss the new residence halls that are under construction and in design phase as part of the university’s strategic plan. Venom Landing, a 700-bed residence hall, will be open in Fall 2025. It will help replace rooms that were moved offline from the razing of Truth, Gibbs, McGuinn, Diamond and Wheatley Halls. Also, a 500-bed residence hall, which will replace the former Paddyfoote Residence Hall, is currently in the design phase.
