Property that is turned in as found may be claimed by appointment only at the Florida A&M University Department of Campus Safety & Security. To claim your lost property, you must provide proof of ownership and present a valid Photo ID. Found property is held 90 days and then disposed of in accordance with Florida Statutes.

The Evidence Custodian, as assigned by the Department Chief, is responsible for supervising the chain of custody relating to property and evidence.
