Florida A&M University Announces the 2025 '40 Under 40' Honorees; Gala Scheduled Oct. 17

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.– Florida A&M University (FAMU) is proud to announce the 2025 class of its prestigious “40 Under 40” honorees. This annual recognition celebrates the outstanding achievements of young alumni who have made significant impacts in their professions, communities and alma mater. The awards gala will take place during FAMU’s “Eternal World Tour Homecoming” week on Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom.
“Florida A&M University is proud to announce the 2025 cohort of 40 Under 40 honorees, a dynamic group of individuals who embody the Rattler spirit through their professional acumen, community service and philanthropy,” said Vice President for Marketing and Communications Alonda Thomas, Ph.D. “Their achievements reflect the power of a FAMU education and the enduring bond they share with the College of Love and Charity.”
The 2025 honorees represent leaders from a wide range of industries, including education, healthcare, business, technology, law, media and public service.
“The 2025 40 Under 40 honorees are shaping the future with their leadership, innovation, and service,” said President Marva B. Johnson, J.D. “They exemplify ‘Excellence with Caring’ and are powerful ambassadors of FAMU’s values in communities across the globe.”
