NEW YORK — October 7, 2025 — Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), has announced a new academic partnership with a Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY). The collaboration establishes a direct pathway for MCNY’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) graduates to pursue a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management (MS-SCM) at FAMU.

This initiative reflects both institutions’ shared mission to expand access to higher education and prepare students from historically underrepresented communities for leadership in business and global commerce.

Together, we are creating pathways that empower our graduates to pursue meaningful careers and strengthen the communities we serve on local, national, and global levels.”

Through this agreement, MCNY graduates who have earned a 3.0 GPA or higher are invited to apply to FAMU’s MS-SCM program. The partnership includes application fee waivers, specialized advising, and eligibility for financial assistance for qualified applicants.

The collaboration also introduces opportunities for joint academic programming, faculty engagement, and professional development in business, logistics, finance, and technology. These shared initiatives help students strengthen their understanding of global supply chain systems and prepare for leadership roles in an evolving marketplace.
